Required documents for visa appointment

My father-in-law has an appointment for B2 visa in Delhi next week. This is his first time applying for a US visa. He is 75 years old and has 2 kids living in USA, both are US citizens. As per the Appointment confirmation, following documents are required.

1. Appointment confirmation letter
2. Current passport and most recent expired passport
3. Print out of the DS-160 confirmation Page
4. Supporting documentation of you application, as applicable
5. Documents and photographs of any children under age 14

Can someone help with which supporting documents are required? I'm thinking of the following
* Invitation letter
* I-134 affidavit of support
* Copy of my wife's US passport
* Bank account statements
* Anything else?
