Name Change after marriage

Hi

I have b1/b2 visa on which i have name before marriage that is Minal G Parab. My passport got expired recently so i m updated it with my new name after marriage Shruti S Dhuri.

my name changed due to marriage so in this case my visa will be valid if it has old name before marriage ie Minal G Parab. And on passport having name Shruti S Dhuri.

Do you have any proof of your entire name change? Did you go through any formal name change process?

Just the last name change is generally fine just with the marriage certificate.

I have Gazette copy which shows my name is Minal S Dhuri , this is the name after my marriage. The same name I will have on my passport. But on visa I have name Minal G Parab , this is the name before my marriage. On marriage certificate I have name Minal G Parab along with my husband name. And on Gazette copy it shows name Minal S Dhuri ,(Middle name letter (G) my father name before marriage and middle name letter (S) my husband name after marriage). That's why only last name change not possible in my case. My name will be Minal S Dhuri.

I have marriage certificate (shows name Minal G Parab) and also I went through name change process so I have gazette copy(shows name Minal S Dhuri).

I have my old passport on which name is Minal G Parab and on new passport name is Minal S Dhuri.So if I am carrying both the passport then in this case is that my Visa b1/b2 will be valid , as this name change is because of marriage.
