Relationship query in B1/B2 Visa & DS-160 form

Hello members,
Our family (My Parents, Wife & Son) is applying for B1/B2 visa and i have a query regarding "RELATIONSHIP" section in DS-160 Form as well as Visa appointment scheduling. As the invitation letter is addressed with my father's name, So we will be applying group appointment under my father`s application only. So while adding group member, what relation should I show for my wife (Daughter in law) and my son (Grandson) towards my father in the Visa appointment application and DS-160 Form. Suggestions from members will be highly appreciated.

Kindly suggest me "RELATION to my Father" to be selected for my wife (Daughter in Law) & my Son (Grandson).
VISA Appointment has following options: Daughter, Child, Son, Souse, Other
Which one should i select from above for my wife & my son in relation to my father.
