Passport to expire

Sir, i am New here my mother has 10years B1/B2 USA visa , but my mom passport going to expired in October 2017,can my mom travel to USA ( 2-3 weeks)with this passport or she needs to renew this passport ( reissue passport),she is going to USA first time.please tell me details if she reissued passport this visa will be valid for travel or need new visa again . Thanks

I assume she is from India.

If yes, she can visit the USA at any time until Oct 2017 (provided she has US visa at least till that time.)

She does not need new passport or new visa.

Thanks a lot,yes she is from India I listened that USA gave 6 months entry to visitors, so passport is expiring in October 2017 so approximately 6 month plus one weak left .so that's why she is confused I hope so you
