I am a green card holder maried to a US Citizen. I want to sponsor my retired parents to come to USA for a period longer than 3 months. My parents live in Europe and are EU citizens. What are my options ?

Sponsor them as long as you have financial capability to support them. Stay in US is determined by the POE officer once they land US port. -

Sir/Madam,
My parents come under the visa waiver program under which they can obtain a visa for upto 3 months. Can they request a longer stay ? If theya r enot granted a longer stay, can I apply for an extension once they are in USA ? Should they do any preparatory work from the Netherlands, where they are presently staying ?
