Check at port of entry after getting B2 Visa

Hello,

I had completed US visa interview process for myself and my wife , but in form ds-160 i didn't disclose that i have any relative in US and showed only tourism purpose. I got my visa approved from embassy(india) But now i want to visit my real sister there and will stay with her only , so just want to check if it can be issue during port of entry or do i need to carry any extra document ? Do they check ds 160 form during port of entry ?

There will be no issue at port of entry. No need to carry any documents other than your passport. They don't check DS-160 at POE though they will have access to it. You are fine but in case they ask who is here don't tell about your sister, just say friend or staying in hotel or whatever you filled in DS-160.

Passport is expiring soon

Sir, i am New here my mother has 10years B1/B2 USA visa , but my mom passport going to expired in October 2017,can my mom travel to USA ( 2-3 weeks)with this passport or she needs to renew this passport ( reissue passport),she is going to USA first time.please tell me details if she reissued passport this visa will be valid for travel or need new visa again . Thanks
she is from India I listened that USA gave 6 months entry to visitors, so passport is expiring in October 2017 so approximately 6 month plus time left .so that's why she is confused I hope so you
Understand,custom office will not ask that your passport is going to expire soon.
