My mother's visa has been rejected thrice and my father's visa has been rejected twice in the last 3 years. We have scheduled another appointment in July. I would like all the help I can get to prepare documents.
My brother also resides in USA. My father is working and has a transferable job. Due to his transfers, he has once applied for visa in mumbai and once in New Delhi but now he is again relocated to Kolkata and they would be applying from there.
Once my husband had tried to sponsor my mother, then my brother tried to sponsor both my parents and then me since I am also working now. This time again I am sponsoring both my parents.
I am on H1 and my brother is on EAD. Do we need to send both of ours documents and bank statements etc.? Could change of location in India be again a reason for rejection?
How can I get Senator's letter? Both me and my brother own properties in India. Could documents for those help in assuring the visa authorities that we are not going to stay here permanently. My father has around 1.5 years of service remaining and he would retire from a very high post in a govt. organization.
I appreciate all the help I can get from you people.
Thanks,
