visitor visa for a family of 3

hi,

Me, my husband (married for last 6+ years ) and my 4 yr old kid are planning to visit US this summer. We have visited Europe, Singapore, HK, Mauritius for tourism in the past.

Both of us are working in reputed companies and earning well (annual income of 35 Lac+ put together). We also have property in India on our name.

My brother is in US for past 7 years on H1B.
My husband's brother is also in US for past 3 years. He is married to a US citizen and is now a Green card holder. He entered US on Fiance Visa.

My parents and In laws are both in India. They all have visited US on B2 more than once.

We are planning to self sponsor our holiday and also visit my brother.

what are our chances?

On paper, very strong but so were my uncle's chances when he applied earlier in the year. He met all positive factors for it but still did not get it.

You won't know until you apply I think.
