Hi all,
Thank you very much for all the members of the forum and the website which helps thousands of families to get visitor visa.
My Parents had visa appointment on April 10 at 9.30 and were out by 11.30.
Questions asked:
As soon as they went CO asked
1. What is your son doing?
My dad told my daughter and son-in-law is in US not my son (My brother is in India but my dad just told this)
2. What is ur daughter doing?
working/studying
3. Show her passport and student id
My dad showed my passport copy, student id and transcripts
4. What is your son-in-law doing?
Senoir enginner in xxxx
5.What is his salary?
xxxxxx
6. Show his pay stubs and tax returns?
My dad showed all the paystubs, 3 year tax returns of my husband
Go and pay the fees.....thats it.
All the questions were asked to my dad and not my mom.
I was very surprized that they did not ask anything about my dad (like what he does/how many children etc)
Any way...such a great relief. I have a question.....I mentioned the delivery address for passport as Bangalore bluedart courier address (bcoz when I entered my parents residence address....I got pincode not servicible error)
My brother is in Bangalore. Can my brother collect my parents passport? or my parents need to be present to collect them. If my brother can collect, what proof he must show when he collects the passport?
