  • Serious Problem - H1B - Travelled back to India from US in 3 days

    hi,

    I have stepped in Chicago-USA on March 10, 2006.

But, due to a urgent family problem (funeral of my close relative), I have gone back to Hyderabad-India on March 13th from USA.

Will it be a problem for me at Chennai US Consulate or POE-Immigration people if I fly back to USA on a new H1B Visa?
(reason being, I suspect that my previous US Employer might have revoked my existing H1B visa as he is not believing what I am saying),

Please guide me in this, please.

As long as your visa stamp from any employer has not expired, and you have the unexpired H1 approval status from your current employer, you don't need H1 visa stamp.
