MRV receipt not activated for one person and another got activated in the same accoun

Hi friends,


One of my friend having a problem with his parents visitors visa issue. His father attended a visa interview on March 17th 2017 got rejected gave 214b form for the reason to bring his mother for the next interview. So now he added his mother in the same account which his father got rejected. He paid visa fees for both from the same account. His mother's receipt number got activated. But his father's receipt number not activated. Please help me out if anybody had faced this situation. Thank you in advance.
