Hello everyone!
I have an asylum case pending for about 2 years. During this time, the circumstances in my home country have changed and I am planning to withdraw my case and come back. But besides I am planning to come back to the US after a while with a non-immigrant visa such as B1/B2 or other.
I am not planning to apply for a visa right after withdrawal and coming back, maybe a year after or so.
Is there a risk of being denied of visitor visa even in case I could provide all the necessary evidence of my strong ties to my home country?
Thanks!
