B2 Tourist visa denied inspite of having 3 properties in india,good job,family&funds

    Hello i am working as Buyer and sales executive and my husband working as Sales and Operation Manager in same company both having salary in total around 1L INR per month still denied so please guide what went wrong, i will share my experience below :-

    We : Good Morning
    VO : Good Morning

    VO : Can i have your passports
    We : Given all passports including our baby nearly 2 years

    VO : Why you want to go to US
    We : Its Our 6th Wedding Anniversary so we planned to visit and explore US

    VO : U doing Job as Buyer and Sales executive
    We : Yes I am working as Buyer and Sales executive in xxx company and it is xxx based MNC

    VO : (to my husband) working in the same company
    We : (My hubby said) yes in same company as Sales and Operation Manager

    VO : Have you travelled anywhere before
    We : We have travelled domestically but not internationally

    VO : Any friends or relative in US?
    We : Yes a friend named xxxx

    VO : What visa he is holding
    We : Student visa

    VO : Your salaries
    We : Mine is 40k and my husband's is 50k so total 90k.

    She didn't asked anything about family ties, we have mother-in-law dependent on us and jobs to resume back also own three properties in India and a car still denied please guide

    They should have given you a denial slip with a code on it, however, it may be the generic denial code. For whatever reason, they view you as an immigration risk. You're a young family, have a friend here in the U.S. who could assist you, have never traveled internationally before, and it sounds like the type of jobs you have, can be done from anywhere. India is also a high immigration risk country for the U.S. which is why you must apply for a visa to travel here in the first place.

    Those are some of the reasons they could have denied you. As far as the properties, car and the mother in law being dependent on you, these things may not be considered to be strong enough ties to home country. The properties and the car can be sold or left for the mother in law without your presence in home country being required. All you can do is re-apply.
