Spouse visiting in B2 Visa
Hi,
I recently moved to USA on H1 VISA and my Visa is getting expired in May 27th 2017. My Employer has raised an H1 Extension and it is filed with USCIS in Non premium on 4th Apr 2017.
Currently my spouse is not working in India.
Here are my questions:
1. I need to get my spouse here as soon as possible from India. Since my H1 Extension is going to take min 6 months to get approved, Does she needs to wait till it is approved and get the stamping done and come here?
2. Or Can i bring her with B2 Visa ?
3. Can she go to stamping for B2 VISA now and travel here as soon as possible as my extension is in progress ?
4. Any other option to bring her here would be really helpful.
