Parents visiting frequently from India on visitor visa

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to check with the people on this forum regarding parents traveling to US. My parents have been frequently visiting us from India on B1 visa for last couple of years as both I and my sibling are based in US. They were never questioned at immigration about their frequent travel. But now I have heard from others that USCIS is imposing stricter rules, and some parents are not allowed to re-enter in US frequently on this visa. My parents went back to India in March end and might plan another trip in mid of September. Do you think they can get into trouble? Any advice would be appreciated.

It is really hard for anyone to say for sure.

I don't think legal tourists from India would have any problem.

In any case, visiting frequently and staying too much has been a problem, before, and now also.
