Hello,
My husband and I live in Boston. We've been here for 9 years (studied here and are now working). My parents and sister applied for a US tourist visa in 2011 for my graduation and my sister was rejected. She was single, 26 and had just started a new job. She applied again within a week and was rejected again. She hasn't applied ever since.
She's now married. Their combined income in more than Rs. 30L per annum (approx $46,000). They don't own any property. They were hoping to apply for a tourist visa and come to Boston for 3 weeks to see the fall colors in October. What are their chances? Is there anything they should keep in mind when filing out the forms/during the interview?
Thanks!
