I plan on travelling to the US on a B2. My girlfriend has been arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the UK, very small offence and a very small amount of class A, 3 years ago.
She has also committed a few very minor offences in the US, such as disorderly conduct. She had a warrant which has now been cleared.
My question is, when she attends the interview, will she need to provide an ACRO? Is this always standard procedure for everyone? I have a clean record, will I need to produce one at the interview?
