How many set of documents to carry for Parents B2 Tourist Visa interview

Hi all,
My mom and dad are having B2 tourist Visa interview next week. I made single appointment for both of them together. In the appointment confirmation, both of their names are present in single appointment confirmation.

1. Will they be interviewed separately or together?
2. Do they have to carry two set of documents one for each of them or One set of documents enough for both of them would be fine?

Interview will be together.
Its better to take 2 set of documents in case they are interviewed separately for some reason.
