Dad's Visitor Visa Rejected 4 times - Please help - granddaughter undergoing chemo

Hello All,

My dads visa was rejected 4 times

His profile - REtired government official but consulting for another organization, Both his parents are very old but alive, Have properties in India , I am his only child , My mom got her visa 8 yrs ago

First time (HYD)- My cousin applied for his while we (daughter & SIL) were still in India. It was rejected

Second time (HYD) - My husband sent his papers because I am not yet working. They asked him why his SIL is sending papers not daughter. My husband sponsoring but he had all papers including FD's on his name , house and property papers

Third time (Chennai) - SAme as above yet rejected, this time even showed Doctors letter which showed that my 6 yr old daughter is undergoing chemotherapy and that she needs her grand dad

Fourth time( hyd again) - Same as 3rd time . HE was asked to come back if there is a significant change in his application

Rejected 4 times, we are totally at loss. We cannot go to India because of my daughters condition and he cannot come see us because of his visa issues. Should I wait till I get a job to apply for his visa, should he sponsor himself. Should we give up?

I am really lost please help. So desperate

Don't give up.

Try harder and apply again.

He needs to show strong ties to the home country.

* You said that he is working for another organization. Show the income, income tax paid and his obligations to return to work for that organization.
* Show the proof of his old living parents that he needs to return to care for.
* Any other property or ties that you can show.
