Visiter Visa for new son in law

My new wife and I would like to sponsor her son / our son from China to visit us for 2 weeks. My wife has only just received her 2 year Green Card and we have only been married for 11 months. I sponsored her to come here on a K-1 visa and she now works. Do I list her as a dependent? Our total wages for the year may be about $75,000+ (mine about $60,000) but because she has just started working do I worry about her wages at all. We have property in my name to list also if needed. Son in law is 23 years old and we would be able to support him with all requirements while he is with us.
