after submitting DS 160 the print application option is grayed out

I m applying for an US visitor Visa B1/B2 , and i filled up the onluine DS160 form but thn i got the confrmation page with 3 options (print conframtion, pringt application, email confrmation) i clicked on email confrmation and tried to sent the email on my email address and thn i got an error and thn i retrived my application again and now i m getting 3 options but the "print application" is grayed out and i m not able to print it... what should i do?

should there be any other process needs to be done or i have to fill up a new form to get my print application option?

If you have not taken an appointment, it is very easy.

Upload the saved file, make corrections and submit again and take a print out. If you have not save the file, enter everything again.
