when to send sponsers documents

hai ,
My parents interview is on aug 9th. Mean while I'm going to India for 1month in May. IS IT BETTER TO SEND DOCUMENTS BY POST IN JULY SO THAT THEY CAN
HAVE LATEST DOCUMENTS OR IS IT BETTER FOR ME TO TAKE PERSONALLY WHEN i GO THERE.
My husband is sponsering them. I will give them copies of my passpoprt and original birth cerificate when I go to India. I will come back in june.latedst bank statements and I134 and tax returns I can send them by post.
what are others experiances in sending these documents?

send all dated docs in july first week. passport copies, BC etc. can be given earlier..

Take all the documents with you except bank statements and the I-134. So that you can save money while sending by courier.
