B2 - Supporting Documents & interview

I am gathering documents & preparing my parents for B2 Visa. I have following questions -
1. They own a business however the registration documents are in Marathi, will that cause any issue? will there any affidavit needed for translated document?
2. They are fluent in English but they have a fear that they might not be able to understand consulate officer's accent. Will it be better to have a mediator in that case ?

1. Yes. Affidavit should not be in a stamped paper but instead on the CA's letterhead.
2. Yes. Whichever language they are more comfortable.
