214B Reason

hello,
My parents visa was rejected recently. However the reason given was 214b. I am assuming its a common reason for most of the rejections. However i have below questions
01) How soon can appear for the visa interview ?
02) Can they send the papers via the post [in 214b, it was not mentioned to send in the papers again]
03) Is the previous DD for the application valid ?

Please update with you experiences and any help is greatly appreciated

There is no point in hurrying for second appointment unless there is significant change in the situation. First of all study, why it got rejected. Then prepare enough before you go again. A 6 month gap is adisable.

Hello Chief thanks for the reply. However can you please answer with your experience for the below

a) Do we have to take a new DD for the application ?
b) can we send in the documents via post ?
