How to terminate k1 visa. My fiance who is living in usa dont have job so he cant support me for k1. How to terminate k1 visa. Afrer k1 termination can i get student visa ? To study in usa. I want to start study in usa. Or k1 past will affect that visa denial?

You cannot convert a K1 visa status to another visa type, once in the U.S.
If you have married within 90 days of your arrival in the U.S., before your 90-day visa period is up, you can then take a long time to apply for the Green Card.
If you are outside the U.S. and don't want to use the K1 visa, send duplicate letters to DHS (USCIS) Stateside and to the Embassy or Consulate which has jurisdiction. requesting cancellation of your petition and visa application, and ask for a printed confirmation of the completed cancellation.
