The husband is a US LPR (green card). I-130 was filed for the wife 2 months back - around 2 years wait time. Both are in India currently.
Now thinking of tourist visa for wife (only child, masters degree, unemployed). Low chance due to immigrant intent.. anyways
1. What questions they might ask in interview ? Should she talk a lot or let officer do talking and only give short answers ?
2. Which supporting documents to show first ?
3. She knows English well but finds it hard to understand US accent - Is it better to have interpreter for her mother tongue?
