  • Visitor Visa for Aunt

    Hi
I am planning for visitor visa for my aunt (Mother's sister), she is widow and does not have children. I am sponsoring for the trip.

She is a government pensioner and is 68 years old
She takes care of my sister's son (grandson) and stays in our house from last 15 years and have mentioned these 2 points that she has to travel back to India and is coming here to visit places.

She does not have any kids.

Kindly suggest if I have to do any documentation that can help her to get the visa. I have sent all the documentation needed from my end (visa, paystubs, emp letter, invitation letter etc.,)

Appreciate if you could respond to me at the earliest.

J**** - Can you elaborate on what is that renting apartment papers.

Also, Can someone also help me to understand what other type of documentation is required. Do we have to do an affidavit on top of the pension documents. Please suggest if anyone has similar situation and let me know any documents required
