income tax return form

i and my family(total 4 members) are being sponsored for visit to usa by my sister in law on tourist visa.i have a few queries-
1)one of the requirements is getting last 3 years income tax returns copies. i have been told that each form is almost 250 pages long. what is the method to get concise income tax return papers?
2)do i necessarily need seperate I-134's for each member of my family? i would only be accepting visa if the whole family gets the visa.i plan to visit usa in june and my I-134 sent to me is dated in january 2006.my counselling date is 5th may.

1. They can just send the Form 1040. Don't have to send entire tax return.
2. Yes, it is better to use one I-134 per person.
