I have already taken web appointment for my mother's vistor visa. Now I realize that her surname (CHANNAGIRI HONNAPPA) in my passport ("Name of the mother" field) is different from the surname she as in her passport (CHANDRI HONNAPPA).
"CHANNAGIRI" is the place of her birth.
The DS156 and 157 forms (that I have already submitted) have the correct surname as listed in her passport (CHANDRI HONNAPPA).
- Can I include this other surname in the DS156 Q8: Other Surnames used(Aliases)?
The Visa appearance is just 2 weeks away. Please help with the best possible workaround/solution.
