Hello, I am new to this community and i would like to ask for an advice as i am planning on getting a US B2 Visa.
I am a Filipina and I have a boyfriend who lives in the US and we are very much in love. He would love to sponsor me so i could visit him in Colorado and so we can spend some time together. We have known each other for a couple of months now and we already met when he came to visit me this year. however we have no definite plans on getting married yet so the K visa is already out of the question. now i'm starting to worry since i've seen a lot of posts here about tourist visa having a low success rate. my current circumstances are(and i'm going to put it as honestly as i can):
- i have a stable job here in our country but it doesn't really pay that much. I am an auditor.
- i have never been to other countries
- my boyfriend has a good and stable job and has a lot of savings
- he'll pay all of the travel expenses i'll incur
- i don't have any real estate properties
it may seem that i don't have any strong ties to my country but one thing i can think of using is that i still have plans on practicing my profession here in our country and that i have a standing contract with my company which states that i have to stay employed with this company for a couple of years. and that it won't be easy for me to find a job that suits my credentials.
we want to be together so much but this visa thing sucks. and he can't really visit me that often since he too has to work.
thank you in advance to anyone who'll be able to help me.
