Need help very urgent

My Mom's visa was rejected thrice. I am the only daughter and my husband is sponsering.
We had mentioned that in DS 156 form que # 37 where it asks if she has nay relations. we wrote that she has a brother who is a US citizen. We had shown all the documents both from my mom as well as ours. As she owns property and has sufficient bank deposits.
We dont know on what basis she is being rejected. Now her brother said he will sponser her. What is the procedure for her brother to sponser now that she was rejected thrice when her son in law try to sponser.

Any input will be greatly appreciated. Need urgent help

The procedure is same. Her brother has to send all sponsor docs instead of you sending them.

Thanks for the feed back. I am on H4 visa & so my husband has to only sponsor.
Will it not affect if my uncle sponsor what are the chances if a US citizen sponsors if we have a vistor vis arejected earlier.

Please help me as my mom was rejected thrice and we are very disheartened.

I am also sailing on the same boat as you.My Mother's visa was rejected 3 times too. Try something new since they did not approve with your Husband's sponsorship. Give a try and lets hope for the best

My parents visa got rejected 2 times when my husband sponsored them...(we were on h1 and h4 then)
We are going to try my sister who is a greencard holder to sponsor them and also write a letter to the CO regarding ties in india... you can make it a little stronger by mentioning that there are some older relatives you mother takes care of etc... Or property and assets.

Your uncle can also get a letter from the senator saying listing her assets and also the ties to india.. I think that would help.
