DS 160 : Forgot 10 Finger printed for B2 visa issued in Apr 2007 -- URGENT

Hi,

My parents had received 10 years visa issues in Apr 2007. Now they are looking to renew their visa. However, they do not remember if they were 10 fingerprinted. Can you please advise what needs to be selected for the question "Have you been ten-fingerprinted" in DS-160. Should they select Yes or No.

Request you to please advise ASAP.

No issues...select No. U will be as it is fingerprinted at OFC before embassy intervu

When you renew a visa you have to again be fingerprinted. If they have not been fingerprinted for this new visa they are applying for, then you would select, No.
