B2 Visitor visa for my younger brother when parents are in US on B2 Visa

Hi All,

My parents are already in US on visitor visa. My brother could not accompany them to visa interview as he had exams. What kind of questions can he expect or be prepared during the visa interview? Any help is appreciated.

what to expect

If your brother is unemployed, if he is single, if he is under 35 years old , if he has no children then his visa application will be refused.
It is easier for your parents to have their visa application approved than it is for your brother.
But if your brother is in a high standard program like Law school, medical school, pharmacy school or any other well respected school in your home country , it will increase his approval rate .
