Guidance letter not displaying

I have taken an appointment for my mother-in-law in June (Chennai consulate). The DS156, DS157 and Interview letter show up fine, but the Guidance letter does not.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? If the Guidance letter is generic enough, can someone please upload the letter. If not, what are the next steps.

We are in process of collecting required documents. Do we need to send all documents to the consulate before the interview or my mother-in-law should take it with her during the interview?

If the interview is at Mumbai... you have to send the docs in advance or applicants has to carry
refer VFS site for more details
