    Has B1/B2 Visa Do I Need Fiance Visa?

    I have a 10 year Tourist Visa. I've been to the US a couple of times already. Me and my girlfriend (US Citizen) is planning to get married but I don't have any intention on staying in the States as I have work in my country.

    My question is do I need to apply for Fiance Visa as I already am a B1/B2 Visa holder. And if I get a Fiance Visa will that void my Tourist Visa.

      I'm fine using my tourist visa after I get married? Or do they give out spouse's visa where in you don't have to stay in the states?
