Hi
This question is about getting an emergency visa appointment in Telugu at Chennai consulate.
My mother-in-law's visa application was rejected in the 2nd week of March 2006. My wife had vaginal 3rd degree tear during delivery in the end of the March 2006 and after 10 days she had heavy rectal bleeding, blood transfusion and colonoscopy surgery and was in the hospital for 5 days.
Doctors adviced her to take complete bed rest for 3-4 months. I am taking care of her, 2 and ½ year old son and the newborn baby. I have burned all my vacation time. We do not have any help here.
Is this a case for emergency appointment?
If yes, will the emergency interview available in Telugu (MIL does not speak English)?
What paper work (or what is the procedure) do I need to send to MIL or consulate for emergency appointment?
Thank you all for your help/suggestions/advice.
Regards
DKM
