Sponsoring Sister-in-law's family
Hi,
I work as a full time employee. I make more than 100K annually. My wife works as a contract part time and makes only 30K annually. My sister-in-law and her husband work as farmers. However my sister-in-law's husband files taxes annually in India for his income and not my sister-in-law. They have 3 children aged 18, 15 and 13. Thwy would like to bring along their first daughter who is 19 years along with them for this celebration.
We would like to sponsor for my sister-in-law's (Wife's sister) family to visit US to attend my son's First Communion at the church. I am bit concerned about the sponsorship as my wife is close to them, but her income does not support.
I would like to know who should send the sponsorship for their visit to US (me or my wife). Please help with this case and i would like to send them the sponsorship asap. Any additional advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
