help...query on rejection & reapplication
My Father in Law was refused a visitors visa by the Mumbai COnsulate. He is planning to visit my Brother in Law in the US. Now that his application is rejected, please let us know the formalities for securing an appointment for a second time(do the same formalities have to be completed again) , and how much time does it generally take for getting an appointment, once the required formalities are completed.
