Our In-laws want to visit us. I am in USA and working(H1B). My wife is not working(her parents are coming).
Since they can show sufficient funds in their bank account, I want to know what form needs to be filed and what documents are needed. All wiki pages talk about stuff where you "sponsor", i.e. say that you have funds to sponsor their visit. However, they will be staying with us. Air ticket and other expenses will be taken care by them.
Is there a list for such a case. All we need is an invitation letter? If so, a sample letter?
