B1/B2 visa for family members

I am Working in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I just got B1/B2 VISA from Jamaica. I would like to visit USA with my Family. I am planning to apply B1/B2 visa for my Family in Chennai embassy, India.
also planning to choose consulate interview language is Tamil. I would like to get guidance....

Note: I had 3times C1/D Visa also 2 times C1 Visa, now I got B1/B2 VISA. My previous C1 visa still valid for 4 years.
