    Can i apply visitor visa & I-130 parallel ?

    My wife is US citizen it has been almost month we got married in India.

    My wife has filed I-130 & I-130A and she has received the letter from authority that her application has received.

    Can i apply for visitor visa ? (I am planning for holiday with my wife over there)

    Will this have any problem or effect to my spouse visa application ?

    Yes, she can but it would be harder to get visitors visa with I-130 pending.
