my mother's visa was rejected 3 months back. This time I want to send both my parents together. Is it ok this way ? will they ask my mother anything on this ?
My father is retired but is now practicing law. In order to prove strong ties with the country, should he mention that he is a practicing lawyer ? I think lawyers are considered professionals in US just like doctors . In that case, is it better for him to mention he is retired ?
Also I booked the appointment in English. My mother cannot speak English but my father can speak well. Is it ok or will the CO be angry why she has opted for English when she cannot speak ?
Pls help me with this. I have delivered recently & am all alone in this country. I want my parents to be with me for sometime. I have been reading the postings recently & am getting very useful feedback & tips from here.
