gynaecologist statement

I have one daughter and second baby is due in may, me and my wife both works, my wife is national and I have green card. i want to call my mother on visitor visa, some one told me to have gyaenacologist statement that you both are working and you cant care your children , it will be sufficient for my mother to get a visa.
please someone clarify how strong this point is, and if strong what may be the sample of 'GYAENACOLOGIST STATEMENT'.

Whoever gave you this information is misguided. This will not help you in anyway. Instead this may be a negative point. Instead concentrate on the tourism angle as a tourist visa is for tourism. Go through this site and this forum for help on how to prepare her case properly as a tourist.

Don't even try that. That's considered as illegal employment of ur mother as baby sitter. Thats a sure shot way of denial saying that there are lot of nannies available in US for that and u dont have to get ur mother for that. Whoever gave u that idea has no clue about it.


As Manish said, bring ur mother as a tourist. That is safer.
