Renewal of Tourist Visa in old passport but with a new passport

Hello Admin,
My parents have old passport with valid visa which is about to expire. They recently renewed their passport.
Now they want to renew their Tourist B1/B2 visa.
My question is that if they can apply through dropbox Interview Waiver Program as the visa is in the old passport now ?

They should be fine to apply through the drop box interview waiver program.
