Parents B2 Visa expiring need to apply for extension

My parents 10 years visitor visa expiring on Septermber 2017. How do i apply for extension. what are the documents needs to be submitted. can you please provide information, links on it.
Do they need to attend in person interview.
Do they need to go for finger print appointment this time at chennai (in 2007 setermber they have not done finger prints)
Do i need to fill DS160
Do i need to fill DS160 form or any other forms separately for my mother and father?
My parents will be in chennai on July 27th, Can I get apointment on that day
How much is fee for each of the parent.
can i pay from here USA for them or where they have to pay in india?
can i fill for them or they have to fill themselves from india

please advise

You do not renew 10 year visas, but instead re-apply. They may be able to use the interview waiver program, however, they may need to again do fingerprints and all fees will have to be paid again. I have attached a link that should provide some additional information.
