Hi All!
Pls guide me regarding some of my doubts in I-134 form?
1.My mom has interview date in May and she plans to pay the air fare herself.
So, in Q 11 of I-134 where intention to sponsor the trip is asked,is it ok to write that airfare will be payed by mother and we will take care of her expenses here in USA and the same thing she will be saying at the consulate.
She will carry all her bank statement and we are sending ours also?
2. Secondly,My husband is sponsoring for my mother ,his annual salary is 45 k and bank balance around 20 k. I was working part time till june 2005 and will join my residency in july this year.This 1 year in between june 2005-2006 I did
not work.My question is should i mention myself as whole dependent and partial dependent ?Will it be safe to mention myself as whole dependent on my husbands salary of 45 K and a supporting a tourist?
Pls anybody advice.
