URGENT - Visa Fee Payment issues - Transfer account issues - B1/B2 for Father & son

Hi,

I am in need of help, please see sequence of events

1. Completed my DS-160
2. Son completed his DS-160
3. I created my profile to make Visa Fee payment
4. I also added details of my son as a Family Member. However I removed him later as I wanted to make separate payments
4. Paid the fee for visa for myself
5. Logged out
6. Entered the same profile and updated details to that of my son.
7.System prompted that these details existed and if I wanted to transfer account.
8. I said Yes
9. Now its asking me to Upload Passport

I think something has gone wrong, I am now stuck at this Passport Upload page, I cannot rollback.
I cannot even see whether my own receipt number is activated.

Please help.

Have raised query with India technical support, nearly 24 hours no response, any idea where to get help. Is the technical help located in India or somewhere else?
