Parents Visitor Visa

Hi Everyone! Thanks for your help in advance.

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa for my parents. I am on H1B currently. My employer(consulting company) is based in MA and I work remotely from CA for an client in NJ.
Can you please help me with below questions?

1) Do I mention that I am working remotely in letter to consulate?
2) My father is employed and mother is a homemaker. Does he need a letter from his employer confirming his employment?
3) My parents are self sponsoring their trip which is for 45 days. Apart from letters from BANK confirming the funds (which is,13L) , is there any property evaluation documents from CA required to prove their financial status for funding the trip?
4) As they are self sponsoring, I am assuming I will not have to provide any financial documents or bank statements. Is that correct?
5) I have filled their DS-160 separately for each of them. Can I take a single appointment when I schedule the interview?

Invitation Letter to Consulate:

I am [Name], working as a [Job Title], located at [End Client Address], USA. My annual gross income is $[Annual Income].


I think you can mention like above in invitation letter to consulate. i am also doing contracting so employer location is different and my end client location is different state. Our LCA has our work location right. Our Employer Letter has employer address but i don't think we have to give employer's address on invitation letter rather we have to give our actual work site address. We live in same city as our work site address right so parents going to come to that city.
