Visitor Visa Rejected At Hyderbad Consulate

My parents visiting visa got rejected today in Hyderabad.The interview is in Telugu and no transalators, VO asked the questions in Telugu. I am pregnant and my due date is in November. So I would like to have my parents during my delivery. (But I did not mention about pregnancy last time when they went to visa interview. I just mentioned that I would like to show them some places here). My husband has sponsored for my parents. My husband's visa is valid till Nov, 2017. But, we have applied for the extension. Here, the VO did not ask them many questions and gave 214(b). Here is the interview questions:

VO: why are you going to US?
Parents: To see my daughter and some places.
VO: What is your son-in-law do?
Parents: Software Engineer
VO:Which company?
Parents:They told the company name
VO:Where are you currently staying?
Parents:They mentioned the city name (Hyderabad)
VO: How many children you have?
Parents: two, one daughter, and son
VO:What is your son-in-law income?
Parents:They showed the pay-stubs and financial documents
VO:How many months you are going to stay there?
Parents: 4-5 months
VO: Show the visa documents?
Parents: They showed my husband's visa copy (current and extension) and my visa copy
VO:Is your daughter pregnant?
Parents: They mentioned still not confirmed, but we are visiting for tourism purpose
And then he said "I am sorry" and gave 214(b) form.

Can we reapply for the visiting visa with the sponsorship documents? Or is it better to reapply with the self sponsor?

If we can reapply, which option is better and when can we reapply?

If they are able to take their trip on their own, that is the best.

If they are unable, you sponsor.
