how long do we need to wait for the third time interview

My parents got rejected two times on 214-b issue. Unfortunatly second time they didn't carry original documents and got rejected again. Next time wee are planning to with all the docements and bank statements.

If we find any appointment available soon, can we take appointment and send them again? or do we need to wait perticular time?

Apply after a 6 months gap

I don't think you need to wait for 6 months. You can re-apply after 3 days of the interview. It is purely luck.
